We've partnered with Turnkey IPS, the case management platform most of the UK insolvency market runs on. Close Easy handles pre-appointment. Turnkey IPS takes the case from appointment through to finalisation.

Close Easy captures everything you need from directors before appointment. When the case is ready, that data moves straight into Turnkey IPS, so your team runs pre and post-appointment as one connected workflow instead of re-keying between systems.

If you run Turnkey IPS, Close Easy removes the manual handover at the point of appointment.

  • Clean handover. Data captured in Close Easy is automatically formatted for direct upload into Turnkey IPS, so there's no manual re-keying at the point of appointment. A direct system integration is in development to make the handover fully automated.
  • One connected workflow. Close Easy does the work before appointment, Turnkey IPS takes it from there. One process, no gap in the middle.
  • Built on the market standard. Turnkey IPS is the case management platform the UK insolvency market has relied on for over 45 years.

Our platform, reviewed by specialists

We've partnered with Compliance Alliance to independently review the AML, Ethics and Bribery Act regulated elements of Close Easy against current requirements, so the compliance built into the platform holds up when an RPB looks at it.

This is about the platform itself, not your firm's compliance adviser. Whoever you use for that, Close Easy is designed to work alongside them. Compliance Alliance's job is to make sure what we've built is sound in the first place.

Every AML, Ethics and Bribery Act regulated element of Close Easy is independently reviewed and kept current as the rules change.

  • Reviewed by specialists. Director questionnaires; workflow structure; bribery, ethics and safeguarding checklists; AML due diligence and risk assessments are all checked against current regulatory requirements.
  • Kept current. As the rules change, Compliance Alliance keeps reviewing. Staying compliant is shared work, not a one-off sign-off.
  • Independent of your own adviser. Compliance Alliance assures the compliance checklists. You keep your firm's own compliance consultant. The two don't clash.

Insolvency practitioners work with different compliance consultants, and most firms are loyal to the one they already know. Document packs vary between consultants even when they're covering the same ground, so we don't force everyone onto one version.

We've partnered with Nova Consultants to digitise their versions of the Conflict, Ethical & Bribery Act Checklist and the Money Laundering Initial Risk Assessment. If Nova is your compliance adviser, this is the document pack you already recognise, built directly into your Close Easy workflow rather than run separately.

  • Nova's version, not a generic one. Document packs differ between compliance consultants even on the same subject. We've digitised Nova's own versions of the Conflict, Ethical & Bribery Act Checklist and Money Laundering Initial Risk Assessment, not a rebuilt or generic equivalent. Live from end of August.
  • Kept current. As Nova updates their document pack, the checklists in Close Easy are updated to match, so you're always running Nova's current version.
  • No disruption to your existing relationship. Nova stays your compliance adviser exactly as they are today. Close Easy just puts their document pack inside your workflow instead of running it separately.
